Job Description:                              This is a Senior Manager position with extended management experience.  We are looking for a leader with experience managing small groups of geographically dispersed integration analysts, developers, and project managers.  In addition to supporting the design and development of new solutions, the applicant will be responsible for working with the business leaders in their region to prioritize and manage the workload of the Integration teams.  The applicant will also partner with Application Integrations (AIT) Leadership to establish the roadmap for the integration platforms (BizTalk for EDI/API/ESB) as well as the maintenance and socialization of that roadmap and process.Because the AI Team is still an emerging group within our IT organization, a major part of any role on the team is to collaborate and inform others within the organization as to what it is the AIT does.  This will involve collaborating with other leaders within the IT organization and ensuring that the AIT is capable of supporting their new initiatives.  This role will be viewed as the in-region leader with respect to Application Integrations.Responsibilities and Duties:The successful individual will leverage their proficiency to...Partner with AI Leadership to develop an Integrations roadmap and drive the expansion of the EDI/API/ESB platform, including the immediate upgrade of the BizTalk product along with the standardization of Web Service offerings to both our internal and external partners.Partner with other regional AI Managers to ensure local Development Leads/teams are maintaining alignment across regions in their design and solution approaches.Partner with Business and IT Leadership to prioritize Integration demands and – using enterprise tools such as ServiceNow and Jira – manage the resources, budgets, and timelines for the demands within their region, all while developing an estimation model that supports comparison of estimates versus actual spend.Support the establishment and management of the Production Support model for the EDI and API solutions, including the communication protocol for any outages within the entire Integration landscape.Support Analysts in RCA of issues and communicate findings and resolution plans to extended IT organization.Support Analysts and Development Leads in establishing best practices, including monitoring and measuring the quality of deliverables from the groups, ensuring on time and quality deliverables.Ensure the team operates in a model wherein they seek continuous improvement opportunities, and support the development of plans to execute those opportunities.Partner with Business and AI Leadership to communicate details of our Integration capabilities – ranging from general info to technical guidelines – throughout the organization, continually socializing the platform and its expansion.Gather and document business
