As a consultative sales professional, you will solve problems and deliver solutions to common and advanced water treatment related issues within these facilities. BackgroundClarity Water Technologies, LLC designs and implements water treatment programs for large commercial/industrial clients including hospitals, hotels, large commercial buildings, universities, and manufacturing and food processing plants. Our representatives have at least 5 to 10 years of hands on experience in advanced water treatment practices as well as a strong working knowledge of the common mechanical issues that frequent the types of facilities that we service. The Water Treatment Professionals at Clarity Water Technologies have extensive experience with common HVAC and manufacturing process equipment including cooling towers, hot water and high-pressure steam boilers, chillers, absorbers, waste water applications, and heat exchangers.Clarity Representatives not only sell new accounts, but also service their new and existing accounts. We pride ourselves on delivering a level of customer service and consulting to our customers that is hard for our competition to maintain year after year. As reward for maintaining this high level of service, we compensate our Representatives with some of the highest commission rates in the industry.We support our Sales and Service Representatives with our expert knowledge base, extensive ISO 9001 water treatment product line, cutting edge water treatment related technologies, and advanced Additional Services Team. Our Additional Services Team allows our representatives to offer their clients simple piping jobs, new system clean outs, hyper chlorination treatments and Legionella remediation, cooling tower cleanings, coil cleanings, heat exchanger cleaning, vent & duct cleanings and tube punching services – all IN HOUSE.Being a Clarity Water Technologies Sales and Service Representative is not for everyone. Our representatives are motivated self-starters. While there is always support for big jobs outside the normal scope, our representatives do most of the service work themselves, including testing, setup and chemical transfer. Candidates that are chosen for this position eventually work their way into a 100% full commission compensation structure; however, we will entertain other options. Typical compensation for this position is well over $100K. There is no limit on commission. ResponsibilitiesProvide routine water treatment service and deliver continuous improvement plans and additional services to new and existing customers.Develop strong interpersonal relationships with key decision makers in your customer base to understand their business needs and recommend continuous improvement and innovative plans that will maintain and help grow your territory.Provide advanced technical support to customers to identify and resolve any water treatment related challenges that they may have.Carry out system analysis, uncover and interpret critical data and provide written recommendations to ensure customer operations are performing at optimal levels. Minimum QualificationsCandidate must:Have a Bachelor’s degree in Biology or Chemistry or Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial),Have an expertise in commercial/industrial water treatment (boiler, cooling, wastewater treatment),Have a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record,History of success working as outside sales representative, requiring autonomy and self-motivation,Have more than 5 years of profitable water treatment field sales and technical service experience,Be in reasonable physical health to be able to adequate perform the service tasks of water treatment,Have a strong working knowledge of and mechanical aptitude regarding boilers, cooling towers, and wastewater treatment systems, as well as pre-treatment systems, equipment and processes, such as softening, sterilizing, separation, and filtration,Have internet access, be proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and have the ability to learn internal business programs,Demonstrate excellent communication, organizational skills and work ethic,Be authorized to work in the United States.Learn more about our commitment to our clients and team members at www.ClarityWaterTech.com.
